Returns
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thepiematrix.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund, minus any shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@thepiematrix.com and provide your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can follow our return policy above to initiate a return.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
– If anything from the complete bundle is missing
– If anything in the bundle is found broken
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@thepiematrix.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
