Pie Matrix Innovations Private Limited Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

Pie Matrix Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) warrants its astronomical equipment (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This limited comprehensive warranty covers all our products, excluding consumable parts such as lenses, mirrors, and batteries.

2. Remedies

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at our sole option and to the extent permitted by law, we will either:

1. Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts,
2. Exchange the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
3. Refund the purchase price of the Product.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for us, that can be identified by the “Pie Matrix Innovations Private Limited” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any:

1. Damage due to acts of nature or God. For example, lightning strikes, tornadoes, etc.
2. Negligence.
3. Commercial use.
4. Modifications to any part of the Product.
5. Damage due to incorrect operation or maintenance.
6. Connection to improper voltage supply.
7. Attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by us to service the Product.
8. Products sold as is or with all faults.
9. Consumable parts, such as lenses, mirrors, and batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
